Role Overview

Gate Manufacturing Private Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production operations, manpower, productivity, quality, and shop-floor execution.

The candidate should have 4–5+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting and strong hands-on experience in managing production teams and achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage and allocate manpower across production lines, machines, and shifts.
- Monitor attendance, manpower productivity, discipline, and workforce utilization.
- Plan and execute daily production activities as per production schedules.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within quality and delivery requirements.
- Monitor WIP, line balancing, production flow, and bottlenecks.
- Monitor machine utilization, downtime, and OEE.
- Coordinate with Maintenance for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with Quality to control rejection, rework, and process deviations.
- Coordinate with Stores/SCM to ensure material availability.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, safety, and quality standards.
- Train, guide,



and develop operators and junior production personnel.
- Monitor production performance and take corrective actions for deviations.
- Prepare daily/shift production reports and performance dashboards.
- Drive 5S, productivity improvement, waste reduction, and continuous improvement.
- Escalate major production, quality, manpower, and maintenance issues to the Production Manager.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
- 4–5+ years of experience in manufacturing production.
- Experience in fabrication, sheet metal, machining, assembly, or industrial manufacturing is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- CNC Milling machine: 4 years (Required)
- CNC Turning Machine: 4 years (Required)
