About the Role

This role requires a combination of product design expertise, visual creativity, and marketing acumen to help strengthen Pllum Legno's market presence through innovative products, compelling catalogs, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and develop new product ideas aligned with market trends and customer requirements.

Collaborate with management and production teams to transform design concepts into commercially viable products.

Research global design trends, materials, finishes, textures, and innovations relevant to the luxury interiors industry.

Create product presentations, mood boards, material concepts, and design visualizations.

Assist in expanding and refining the existing product portfolio.

Design product catalogs, brochures, sample presentations, lookbooks, and marketing collateral.

Ensure brand consistency across all creative and communication materials.

Develop high-quality visual content for digital and print platforms.

Create engaging product stories that effectively communicate product value and aesthetics.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Design, Interior Design, Product Design, Visual Communication, Architecture, or a related field.

3–8 years of experience in product design, creative design, branding, or marketing within the interiors, furniture, decorative surfaces, building materials, veneer, laminate, or luxury lifestyle industry.

Strong understanding of product development and market trends. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or equivalent software.

Excellent visual storytelling and presentation skills. Ability to think strategically while maintaining strong attention to detail. Solid communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
