Remote Database Support Engagement

Engagement Model

- 100% Remote Support Engagement
- The team will be responsible for managing complete 16x7 coverage, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive Communication Skills are required

Scope of Work

- Approximately 462 non-Oracle databases
- Approximately 300 tickets per month

Shift Coverage

The following shifts need to be covered:

- 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
- 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM

Database Technologies in Scope

The project covers approximately 462 databases across the following technologies:

- Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL)
- MySQL
- PostgreSQL
- Azure Cosmos DB
- Amazon DynamoDB
- MongoDB
- Amazon DocumentDB

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
