- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with information regarding movie timings, screens, seating, ticketing, offers, and cinema facilities.
- Check tickets and guide guests to the appropriate auditorium and seats.
- Assist guests with special requirements and provide appropriate support.
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely and escalate issues to the Duty Manager when required.
- Ensure a positive and memorable guest experience throughout the customer's visit.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
