About the Role:

We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist who can help us build practical AI-powered solutions for our business and internal projects.

The role is focused on using AI tools and automation platforms to reduce manual work, improve workflows and make everyday business processes more efficient.

You will work on different requirements such as AI chatbots, workflow automation, lead management, data processing, reporting and tool integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and implement AI-powered chatbots for different business requirements.

- Create automated workflows using AI and automation platforms.

- Automate repetitive business tasks and manual processes.

- Connect different tools and platforms using APIs, webhooks and integrations.

- Build AI workflows for emails, lead management, data collection and follow-ups.

- Work with Excel, Google Sheets and other business data to automate repetitive processes.

- Integrate AI models and tools into existing business workflows.

- Test, troubleshoot and improve AI automations to make sure they work reliably.

- Research and evaluate new AI tools that can be useful for business automation.

- Understand business requirements and convert them into practical AI solutions.

- Maintain and improve existing automations based on changing business requirements.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with AI automation.

- Experience building AI chatbots, AI workflows or automation systems.

- Good understanding of AI/LLM tools and their practical business applications.

- Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier or similar tools.

- Basic understanding of APIs and webhooks.





- Experience connecting different applications and automating data flow between them.

- Good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets and business data.

- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to understand a requirement and independently build a working solution.

- Willingness to learn and experiment with new AI tools and technologies.

Good to Have

- Experience with OpenAI API, Claude, Gemini or other LLM APIs.

- Experience with CRM or lead-management automation.

- Experience with WhatsApp or customer-support chatbots.

- Basic knowledge of Python.

- Experience with Google Workspace automation.

- Experience working with webhooks and REST APIs.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who can actually build and implement AI automations, not someone who only uses AI tools for basic tasks.

You should be able to take a requirement such as:

“This task is currently being done manually. Can we automate it using AI?”

and figure out the appropriate tools, create the workflow, connect the required systems, test it and deliver a working solution.

The projects will vary depending on our business requirements, so the ability to learn current tools, solve problems independently and build practical solutions is important.
