Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, project-wise accounts, receivables, payables, reconciliation, fund flow and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting, Daybook, bills and vouchers.
- Maintain project-wise income and expense records.
- Track client collections and outstanding payments.
- Manage supplier/subcontractor payables.
- Handle cash/bank reconciliation and accounting documentation.
- Support GST, tax and audit-related records.
- Monitor cash flow, operational costs and financial commitments.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports.
- Highlight financial discrepancies, overdue amounts and fund requirements to management.

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Finance-related qualification

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Industry: Interior / Construction / Project-based accounting experience preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
