We are looking for an experienced and organized Non-IT Project Coordinator to coordinate projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and client-handling skills, along with relevant experience in the luxury products industry.
Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Prepare project schedules, timelines, and status reports.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Follow up on materials, production, and delivery schedules.
- Understand client requirements and provide regular project updates.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve project-related issues.
- Monitor project deadlines and follow up on pending activities.




- Maintain project-related documents, records, and reports.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
- Support the project team in achieving project goals and timelines.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of relevant Project Coordination experience.
- Experience in luxury products is mandatory.
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and client-handling skills.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic project tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and results-oriented.

Pay: ₹15,938.00 - ₹50,287.00 per month
