We’re Hiring – LAN Field Technician

Radiant Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and motivated LAN Field Technician to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of hands-on experience in networking, structured cabling, network equipment installation, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Setup:
Install and configure network equipment such as switches, routers, patch panels, and wireless access points.

Cabling Infrastructure:
Run, test, crimp, label, terminate, and repair Ethernet and fiber optic cables while maintaining proper cable management standards.

Rack & Enclosure Management:
Install server racks and cable trays and maintain organized network cabling and wire pathways.

Troubleshooting & Diagnostics:
Identify and resolve network connectivity issues, hardware failures, and Wi-Fi performance problems using appropriate LAN testing tools.

Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma,



IT/Electronics diploma, or relevant certification.
1–3 years of practical experience in field networking and cabling.
Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Ethernet standards, and networking hardware.
Ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined or challenging spaces.
Willingness to travel to various client sites across India.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
