- Understand design briefs and translate requirements into creative visual concepts.
- Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for web, social media, marketing and other digital platforms.
- Work closely with senior designers, project managers and other team members to understand project requirements.
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, illustrations and visual assets based on project needs.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, composition and overall visual style.
- Take feedback from senior designers and stakeholders and make required design improvements.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and ensure designs meet quality standards.
- Stay updated with current graphic design trends, tools and creative techniques.
- Build and maintain a portfolio demonstrating creativity, design fundamentals and practical work.
- Be willing to learn new tools, techniques and design processes.

Must Have Skills

- Positive understanding of Graphic Design Principles, including Color Theory, Typography, Composition and Visual Hierarchy.
- Ability to create original graphic designs, creative images, social media creatives, banners and basic illustrations.
- Basic proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Figma.
- Good understanding of layouts, spacing, alignment, typography and color combinations.




- Ability to convert a design brief into a creative visual concept.
- Basic knowledge of image editing, photo manipulation and graphic composition.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to maintain design quality.
- Basic understanding of digital design requirements for web and social media platforms.
- Ability to take feedback positively and make design improvements accordingly.

Primary Skills & Tools

- Basic knowledge of illustration design with hands-on practice through academic, personal or portfolio projects.
- Strong creative thinking and ability to generate new design ideas.
- Highly collaborative team player who is comfortable sharing work and receiving feedback.
- Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn and grow as a designer.
- Good visual observation and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks with guidance from senior team members.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation skills and ability to explain design decisions.
- Strong willingness to learn professional design processes and industry standards.

Good To Have

- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or basic motion graphics.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design and Figma.
- Knowledge of social media design and digital marketing creatives.
- Basic illustration and icon design skills.
- Basic understanding of branding and brand guidelines.
- Experience creating designs for real-world clients, internships, freelance projects or personal projects.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted creative/design tools will be an added advantage.
