Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer enquiries, generating leads, following up with prospective and existing customers, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from the provided database.
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
- Explain company products, services, offers, and benefits clearly to customers.
- Generate new leads through telecalling and follow up with interested prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information or solutions.
- Follow up regularly with potential customers and convert leads into sales or appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Schedule appointments or coordinate customer visits when required.
- Handle customer objections and queries politely and effectively.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.




- Coordinate with the Sales and Customer Service teams for lead conversion and customer support.
- Provide regular updates on calling activities and lead status to the reporting manager.
- Maintain professional telephone etiquette and good customer relationships.
- Follow company policies, calling guidelines, and customer data confidentiality requirements.

Requirements

- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Malayalam and English communication skills preferred; Hindi or other regional languages will be an advantage.
- Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM is preferred.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Willingness to learn about company products and services.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
