PDI Technician – Two-Wheeler
Responsibilities
- Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of new motorcycles
- Inspect mechanical, electrical and cosmetic components
- Check engine, brakes, suspension, lights, controls and other key systems
- Ensure motorcycles meet quality and delivery standards
- Identify and report defects or issues before delivery
- Coordinate with the service team for necessary rectification
- Maintain accurate PDI records and inspection checklists
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Experience in two-wheeler service or PDI is an advantage
- Positive knowledge of motorcycle components and basic diagnostics
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain quality standards
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply
Location: Tirunelveli
