Job Purpose:

Implementation, Support and clinical module adaption role which involves mastering and training of clinical suite of HIS modules across respective regional locations and 10,000+ users. Organizing internal resources to meet timelines and liaison with the technical team to deliver a smooth transition within budgeted cost and timelines.

Job Responsibilities:

I. Learning Curve

- Study the HIS modules and workflows to gain a good understanding of the existing process flows
- Gain a mastery over the associated clinical modules and help doctors while using systems
- Help doctors/Consultants to create favourites, templates and other clinical documents in the system.
- Understand hospital processes and policies to be followed during implementation & Support

II. Implement, Support and Stabilize

- Execute the implementation from data gathering, training to go-live, support and handover
- Liaison between the product, helpdesk and hospital users to ensure a smooth transition
- Training and support for clinical team in the hospital
- Ensure documentation of processes, procedures, milestones and sign-offs

III. Others





- Provide timely feedback to the product team to help improve the HIS solution

Candidate Requirements:

- Min 1 year exposure to healthcare operations in large hospitals
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Healthcare IT and HIS implementation & Support
- No travel constraints within India and staying offsite for extended durations
- Ability to manage transitions single-handedly
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good communications skills - written and verbal
- Good training skills to train doctors and other clinical staff
- Valuable prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt
- A good team-playing mentality
- An ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraint

Eduction :MBBS,BAMS, Any other degree with IT clinical module support experience.

Experience : 6-8 Years of experience in Healthcare

Working hours : 9 hours (Monday to Friday)

Pay: ₹15,956.76 - ₹85,173.13 per month
