About the Role

We are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team at Ardent Dental Clinic & Implant Centre. The candidate will primarily assist the dentist during clinical procedures and help maintain smooth day-to-day clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Chairside assistance during dental procedures, including RCTs, restorative procedures and minor surgical procedures
- Prepare dental instruments, materials and treatment trays
- Maintain proper operatory setup and turnover between patients
- Follow standard instrument cleaning, disinfection, packing and sterilization protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinical area
- Handle and maintain dental instruments and basic equipment




- Monitor clinical consumables and inform about stock requirement

Requirements

- Prior experience as a Dental Assistant preferred
- Basic knowledge of dental instruments and chairside procedures
- Good communication and a polite, patient-friendly attitude
- Ability to work responsibly as part of a small clinical team
- Candidates from nearby locations are preferred
