Job Description:
- Generate revenue from the assigned territory .
- Build & manage small team of Sales Executives.
- Develop current client base & identify new channel partners in the assigned area.
- Need to understand client's need & position for Tarapro's product range
- Need to conduct training sessions with distributor's & end user's.
- Track performance against targets.
What we are looking for:
- 4-6 years+ in sales mainly in handling PPE, industrial safety equipment or related B2B industrial /technical product
- Must have proven track record of hitting sales targets
- Must have minimum experience in managing junior sales staff
- Must be a Graduate. MBA degree will be a added advantage
- Must be willing to travel extensively across the assigned region
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
