· Key Responsibilities :

1. Planning, Strategy & Data Collection :

- Assist in planning and executing admission campaigns.

- Collect parent/student contact data daily

- Conduct school/college visits, career fairs, and promotional events.

- Build master data from diverse sources (schools, coaching centers, shops, professionals).

- Achieve admission targets set by the management.

2. Counseling & Communication :

- Make direct calls to parents from lead database

- Schedule and conduct parent visits

- Provide information about courses, facilities, and admission procedures.

- Log all interactions in CRM with proper follow-ups

- Ensure accuracy and quality checks on communication

- Collect feedback and report student/parent queries to the concern team.

3. Lead Generation :





- Source recent leads and ensure follow-up daily.

- Travel as required for outreach and admission drives.

- Maintain updated lead dashboard in real-time

- Submit activity reports to the concern authority as required by management.

- Maintain reliable conversion of perspective leads into confirmed student booking.

4. Reporting , Review & Counsellor Guidance :

- Conduct daily performance huddle with team

- Flag underperformance & share feedback on daily basis to concern team.

- Daily update tracker & performance sheet in CRM
