Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with applicants.
- Candidate Communication: Interact professionally through email, calls, and messages to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with onboarding, documentation, orientations, and employee record management.
- HR Operations: Maintain databases, update records, prepare reports, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Employee Engagement: Support engagement initiatives, surveys, recognition programs, and HR events.
- Performance Management: Support performance evaluations, collect feedback, and assist in review processes.
- HR Projects & Continuous Learning: Work on practical HR projects and stay updated with tools, trends,



and best practices.
