Waymore Hygiene Pvt Ltd Surat , Gujarat based, a manufacturer of Sanitary Napkin with brand name "Mc Fly". We are hiring for the position of Area Sales Manager (FMCG Channel Sales Experience Only) for North Part Of India U.K. & H.P.

Job Description :

Being an Area Sales Manager (FMCG) You have to appoint Channel Partners (Super Stockiest, Distributors ) in your area from your own resources. After assured primary sales (on Credit against B.G.) have to build your team for secondary sales & retailing.

Team Management :

Appoint Sales Officers (S.O.) & Sales Executives (S.E.) team , motivate, and guide to them under you.

Conduct regular reviews, meeting via phone and performance evaluations.

Maintain team discipline, productivity, and morale.

Business Development :

Build relationships with key clients, Super Stockiest , distributors, and business partners.

Identify current business opportunities and major accounts in the area.

Work on product penetration, new product launches,



and channel development ( Super Stockiest, Distributors).

Negotiate deals, pricing, and terms where required.

Reporting & Coordination :

Report to the National Sales Head / Zonal Head.

Provide periodic sales forecasts, analysis, and strategy inputs.

Coordinate with other departments like Marketing, Credit, and Operations

Experience : MANDATORY FOR FMCG ONLY.

Minimum 4 Years FMCG CHANNEL SALES EXPERIENCE .
