Business Development Intern (Real Estate)

Location: Bangalore

Internship Duration: 4–6 Months

Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on performance and experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our Real Estate team. This internship is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or students who want to gain hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through calls and online platforms.

Follow up with prospective customers.

Schedule property site visits for interested clients.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.

Update customer information in the CRM.





Assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets.

Requirements

Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Willingness to learn and build a career in Real Estate Sales.
