Job Description

Radio Chhindwara is looking for an energetic, confident and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our radio advertising and marketing solutions among local businesses, brands, shops, companies and organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach current businesses and potential advertising clients.
- Promote Radio Chhindwara's advertising, sponsorship and promotional packages.
- Meet clients personally and understand their advertising requirements.
- Generate new leads through field visits, phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Prepare and explain advertising packages and pricing to clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Promote Radio Chhindwara within the local market.
- Maintain daily sales and client follow-up reports.

Requirements





- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident personality with a positive attitude.
- Good knowledge of Hindi; basic English communication is an advantage.
- Interest in sales, marketing and advertising.
- Willingness to travel locally and meet clients.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and social media.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Experience: Experience in Sales, Marketing, Advertising or Media will be preferred. Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
