As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, walk-ins, social media, and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Follow up with candidates and drive closures
- Negotiate salaries and joining dates
- Create and update effective Job Descriptions
- Write engaging recruitment messages and emails
- Advertise vacancies across job portals and social media
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Coordinate with college placement cells for campus recruitment
- Assist selected candidates through the offer and onboarding process
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate records
- Work toward defined hiring targets and timelines

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must Have:

- 1–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience
- Bachelor's degree in Arts, Commerce, Management, HR, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills




- Good negotiation and convincing abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Valuable internet research skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- High level of integrity, ownership, and self-motivation

We'd Especially Like You If You:

- Have experience recruiting for IT, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Sales, or similar profiles
- Can understand different job requirements and identify suitable candidates quickly
- Are confident speaking with candidates and negotiating offers
- Can independently manage the complete recruitment cycle
- Are comfortable working with recruitment targets
- Don't give up when a difficult position is hard to close
- Can think creatively and find candidates through unconventional sourcing channels
- Take ownership of results, rather than simply completing assigned tasks

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
