Bhaskara Traders Private Limited (BTPL) is looking for a creative, energetic and result-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence.

The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, shooting and editing short videos/reels, managing social media platforms, promoting products and generating customer enquiries and leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp Business accounts.
- Create and publish daily posts, stories, reels and promotional content.
- Shoot product photos and videos using a mobile phone/camera.
- Edit reels, short videos and promotional creatives.
- Create attractive content for BTPL and its products/business activities.
- Promote products, offers, current arrivals and seasonal campaigns.
- Respond to comments, messages and customer enquiries.
- Manage Facebook Marketplace and product promotions.
- Assist with Meta/Facebook advertising campaigns.
- Develop weekly and monthly social media content plans.
- Monitor social media performance, reach,



engagement and leads.
- Research current social media trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the sales and management team for promotions and campaigns.

Requirements:

- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp.
- Good communication and creative skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing tools.
- Ability to create attractive reels and short-form videos.
- Willingness to shoot content on-site and, when required, appear in videos.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and Meta Ads will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong practical skills and creativity can also apply.

What We Expect:
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of BTPL's social media presence and turn products and business activities into engaging content that generates visibility, enquiries and sales.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
