Position: Automobile Recruiter / HR Recruiter
Location: Mayapuri, Delhi

Job Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment for automobile service centres and vehicle showrooms.
- Source candidates for roles such as:
- Technician
- Service Advisor
- Sales Executive
- Bodyshop Advisor
- CRE
- Workshop & Showroom Staff
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates until joining.
- Maintain candidate and recruitment records.
- Achieve monthly recruitment targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Must have automobile industry recruitment experience.
- Experience in vehicle service centre,
workshop or automobile showroom hiring preferred.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Knowledge of automobile job roles.
- Should be comfortable working independently from home.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and job portals.
Experience
1–3 years in Automobile Recruitment / HR Recruitment preferred.
