IT Recruiter – Job Description (Short)

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT positions across various technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Screen resumes based on technical requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports

Required Skills

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles
- Knowledge of sourcing through Naukri/LinkedIn is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualification

- Any Graduate
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply.

Pay: ₹10,219.03 - ₹20,000.00 per month
