Key Responsibilities:

Must have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC/ MEP project execution.

Knowledge of Head Load Calculation, Equipment Selection, and BOQ Preparation.

Good working knowledge of HVAC Sites and evaluating the Drawings, BOQs, estimates.

Ensuring satisfactory execution of the HVAC system like chiller, AHU unit, FCU unit, chilled water pump, VRF, Package Duct able unit etc. ,

Execute and supervise Fire Fighting system installations.

Carry out Installation, Testing, and Commissioning activities.

Manage Fire Hydrant Systems, Sprinkler Systems, and Pump Room installations.

Coordinate with the Purchase Department to ensure timely delivery of materials at site.

Liaise and coordinate with contractors, clients, consultants, architects, and other agencies.

Qualification should be Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Candidates possessing a two-wheeler will be preferred.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
