Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about telecom products and services
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain and update customer databases regularly
- Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate when necessary
Required Skills:
- Valuable communication skills (Tamil & English; Hindi is an added advantage)
- Basic knowledge of telecom products and services
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
