Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that these applications align with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of the software environment are integral parts of your daily activities, fostering an efficient and effective business operation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application customization.




- Document and maintain detailed technical specifications and user guides to support application usage and future enhancements.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster their professional growth.
- Continuously monitor and optimize application performance to ensure reliability and scalability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle and application configuration.
- Experience with scripting and automation within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to customized applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data exchange between different software modules.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.

- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.

- A BE or BTech is required.
