About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Retail Store Assistant to join the Wildcraft retail team. The role involves assisting customers, driving store sales, maintaining product displays, managing inventory, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about outdoor, travel, and lifestyle products, have good communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements to provide suitable product recommendations.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and usage to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting products such as backpacks, luggage, footwear, apparel, outdoor gear, and accessories.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Maintain excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
- Ensure products are properly displayed, tagged, stocked, and organized as per store guidelines.




- Assist with stock receiving, counting, replenishment, transfers, and inventory checks.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards across the store.
- Operate the POS/billing system and handle cash or digital payments accurately, as required.
- Support promotions, offers, new product launches, and in-store campaigns.
- Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Monitor product availability and inform the Store Manager about low-stock or fast-moving products.
- Follow company policies related to sales, billing, inventory, customer service, and store operations.
- Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve store objectives.

Requirements

- 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- 6m –2 years of experience in retail sales/customer service preferred; freshers with a strong interest in retail may also apply.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a positive and helpful approach.
- Basic knowledge of computers and POS systems.
- Ability to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per business requirements.
- Comfortable standing and working on the shop floor for extended periods.
- Interest in travel, adventure, outdoor activities, fashion, or lifestyle products is an advantage.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per month
