Job Summary

Sky Ocean Shipping is looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, source qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and support the onboarding process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sourcing skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Manage candidate communication and joining formalities.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring records.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.

- Shipping/logistics industry experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
