Job Summary

ShikshaSphere is looking for an experienced Quantitative Aptitude Teacher to conduct high-quality online live classes for IBPS, SBI and IBPS RRB examinations.

The candidate should have a strong command of arithmetic, calculation techniques, data interpretation and mains-level quantitative aptitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive Quantitative Aptitude live classes.
- Teach simplification, approximation, number series, quadratic equations, arithmetic and data interpretation.
- Cover both prelims and mains-level Quantitative Aptitude.
- Explain concepts, formulas and calculation shortcuts clearly.
- Conduct speed-calculation and accuracy-improvement sessions.
- Conduct topic-wise practice and full-syllabus revision sessions.
- Solve Previous Year Questions and Previous Year Papers.
- Conduct mock tests and detailed test-analysis sessions.
- Prepare practice questions, class notes and revision material.
- Record concept-based, generic and strategy videos.
- Create educational short videos for YouTube and social media.

Required Skills





- Graduation from a recognised university.
- Minimum 1 year of experience teaching Quantitative Aptitude for banking or competitive examinations.
- Strong knowledge of IBPS, SBI and IBPS RRB examination patterns.
- Excellent command of arithmetic, data interpretation and calculation techniques.
- Ability to teach both prelims and mains-level questions.
- Excellent Hindi communication, teaching and presentation skills.
- Previous online or YouTube teaching experience is preferred.
- Comfortable creating long-form lectures and short-form videos.
