Roles & Responsibilities

● Material Procurement: Purchase raw materials, packing materials, and other items required for production as per approved requirements.

● Vendor Management: Find, coordinate, and maintain good working relationships with suppliers to ensure quality materials, reasonable pricing, and timely supply.

● Price & Terms Negotiation: Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines with vendors to get the best deal for the company.

● Purchase Order Handling: Prepare and issue purchase orders correctly and ensure they match the required quantity, quality, and delivery schedule.

● Internal Coordination: Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth material availability for manufacturing.

● Delivery Follow-up: Follow up with suppliers and transporters to ensure materials are delivered on time and in full quantity.

● Inventory Support: Coordinate with the store team to monitor stock levels and avoid material shortages or excess stock.

● Records & Documentation: Maintain proper records of purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, and vendor details.

● Compliance:



Ensure all purchases are made from approved vendors and meet the required quality standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

● Industry Background: Prior experience in the construction, civil, or engineering industry is mandatory. Candidates with a background in sports infrastructure, building materials, or allied industries will be preferred.

● Communication Skills: Good communication skills in English and Hindi to deal with suppliers and internal teams.

● Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate prices and basic commercial terms with vendors.

● MS Office Knowledge: Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

● Relevant Experience: Experience in a manufacturing or production-based company will be preferred.

● Travel Flexibility: Willingness to visit supplier locations or warehouses if required.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
