OT Technician – Hospital

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Operation Theatre (OT) Technician to join our hospital team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting surgeons and nursing staff during surgical procedures and ensuring the smooth functioning of the Operation Theatre.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare the Operation Theatre before surgical procedures.
- Arrange and check surgical instruments, equipment, and required supplies.
- Assist surgeons, doctors, and nursing staff during surgeries.
- Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control protocols.
- Handle, clean, disinfect, and maintain OT instruments and equipment.
- Ensure OT equipment is functioning properly before procedures.
- Assist in shifting and positioning patients safely before and after surgery.
- Maintain OT cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain records of instruments, consumables, and OT procedures as required.




- Follow hospital protocols, biomedical waste management, and patient-safety guidelines.
- Be available for emergency surgeries/duties when required.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT) or relevant qualification.
- Previous experience as an OT Technician in a hospital is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization, and OT procedures.
- Ability to work effectively with surgeons, doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff.
- Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and able to handle emergency situations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
