About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious, target-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Wayanad.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, building strong client relationships, generating leads, converting prospects and driving revenue growth across the Wayanad market.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in Wayanad and nearby markets.
- Develop leads through field visits, networking, referrals, calls and digital channels.
- Meet potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Present company products/services and effectively communicate their value.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up with prospects.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups and conversions.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–5 years of experience in sales / business development preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented, energetic and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of the Wayanad market will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid driving licence and two-wheeler preferred.
- Malayalam proficiency is essential; English communication is an advantage.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and sales ability may also be considered.
