Job Description

3Hour Studios is looking for a Sales / Business Development professional who has good knowledge of sales, client pitching, lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing.

The candidate will be responsible for finding potential clients, pitching our IT Solutions & Digital Marketing services, following up with prospects, and converting leads into successful business deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and identify potential business leads.
- Contact and communicate with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable IT & Digital Marketing solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients.
- Handle client follow-ups and negotiations.
- Close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Contribute directly to the company's business growth.

Required Skills





- Strong sales and client pitching skills
- Positive communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects
- Confidence in dealing with clients
- Knowledge of IT services and Digital Marketing
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Previous sales/business development experience is preferred.

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹45,000/month + Attractive Commission on successful deals.
