Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making and receiving calls, and explaining company services, generating leads, following up with prospective , and maintaining good relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Receive and respond to calls professionally.
- Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
- Generate leads through calling and follow up with prospective .
- Maintain regular follow-ups .
- Understand requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer information.
- Coordinate with the sales and management team for lead conversion.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.

Required Skills





- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English will be an advantage.
- Confident and polite personality.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups.
- Good listening and handling skills.

Eligibility

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.

Working Hours

As per company working schedule.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
