- Assist in implementation of Groniva HRMS, Payroll and CLMS.
- Understand customer business processes and system requirements.
- Configure software modules based on approved requirements.
- Assist with master-data preparation and migration.
- Conduct functional testing and UAT support.
- Prepare implementation documentation.
- Conduct customer training and support go-live activities.
- Coordinate with Product, Development and Customer Success teams.
