You will support the team in managing tax compliance and advisory services for NRI clients, including: Preparation and filing of Individual Income Tax Returns Advance Tax computation Attending Income Tax notices (scrutiny, reassessment, non-filing notices, etc.), and Departmental communications and vistis Refund follow-ups and rectifications TDS compliances and return filings Compliance under Section 194-IA for purchase of immovable property Determining Residential Status and Taxability under the Income Tax Act Assisting with Lower Deduction Certificate applications PAN-related assistance including PAN application, migration, and inoperative PAN issues Repatriation of Funds (preparation and filing of Form 15CA/15CB) Secondary Responsibilities Depending on your interest and development path, you may also gain exposure to: US Tax work Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (DTAA)
advisory FEMA advisory and regulatory compliance Assisting seniors in preparing presentations for banks and clients Updating knowledge resources and assisting with website updates Coordinating with lawyers, associates, and internal teams for client matters
Skills & Qualifications Required Background in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or Commerce Strong understanding of basic Income Tax provisions Good analytical and problem-solving abilities Robust communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
Preferred Exposure to Income Tax Return filings and other tax compliances Interest in NRI taxation/ international taxation Familiarity with TDS compliances and Notices Candidates pursuing or planning professional qualifications (CA / CMA / ACCA) will be an advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
