Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to handle real estate enquiries, connect with prospective customers and generate site visits and sales opportunities for SPS Realty projects.

Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to prospective customers from leads generated through digital marketing, campaigns, references and other sources.

● Handle inbound enquiries and provide customers with basic information about our projects.

● Understand customer requirements including budget, preferred location, property type and purchase timeline.

● Explain relevant project features, USPs, pricing, offers and availability to prospective customers.

● Generate and schedule qualified site visits for the sales team.

● Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers and ensure timely lead progression.





● Update all customer interactions, follow-ups and lead status in the CRM/system accurately.

● Coordinate with the sales team for site visits, lead handovers and further follow-up.

● Maintain a healthy pipeline of active, follow-up and potential customers.

● Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive first interaction with SPS Realty.

● Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly calling, site visit and lead-conversion targets.

● Share regular lead and calling reports with the reporting manager.

● Follow up with old, inactive and missed leads to identify reconversion opportunities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
