We are looking for an energetic, target-driven and highly networked Field Recruitment & Team Building Manager to build and expand our Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Support teams.

Key Responsibilities:-
Source and recruit Sales Executives, Business Associates, Team Leaders, Sales/Marketing Managers, Tele callers and support staff.
Conduct field recruitment drives, campus recruitment drives, Job melas, walk-in interviews and networking activities across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Build a continuous pipeline of talented sales and marketing professionals.
Source candidates through direct sourcing, colleges, personal networking, referrals.
Identify experienced professionals from Real Estate, Insurance, Banking, FMCG, Telecom, Automobile, Retail and other sales industries.
Conduct preliminary screening and coordinate interviews with management.
Follow up with selected candidates through the offer-to-joining stage.




Develop recruitment sources and maintain a strong candidate database.
Support rapid expansion of the company's sales and marketing teams.

Ideal Candidate
Solid field-sales/recruitment mindset and target orientation.
Excellent communication, networking and persuasion skills.
Comfortable meeting and approaching new people every day.
Willing to travel extensively.
Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of recruitment requirements.
Experience in Recruitment, Field Sales, Real Estate, Business Development, Staffing, Insurance, Banking, FMCG, Telecom or Automobile Sales is preferred.
