Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Faculty to train and mentor students in Human Resource Management and help them develop practical knowledge and industry-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging classes on Human Resource Management.
- Teach topics such as recruitment, selection, onboarding, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and HR policies.
- Provide practical examples and industry-based case studies.
- Conduct assignments, assessments, presentations, and activities.
- Guide students in developing HR and professional skills.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Support students with interview and career preparation.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective training delivery.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR concepts and practices.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Teaching, training, or industry experience in HR is preferred.
- Ability to engage and mentor students effectively.
