Launmark India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a technically skilled and responsible Laundry & Dry Cleaning Machine Service Technician to join our service team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, breakdown service and repair of commercial and industrial laundry and dry-cleaning equipment.

The position involves both in-house workshop/service activities and field service at customer locations. The candidate should be willing to travel as required for installation, service and maintenance assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation and commissioning of commercial laundry and dry-cleaning machines.
- Attend customer service calls and breakdown complaints.
- Diagnose electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic and heating-related problems.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and regular servicing.
- Troubleshoot and repair laundry machinery at customer locations.
- Dismantling, repairing, replacing and assembling machine components when required.
- Testing and commissioning machines after repair.
- Attend emergency/breakdown service requirements.
- Conduct machine inspection and identify technical issues.
- Maintain service reports, job sheets and spare-parts requirements.
- Coordinate with customers regarding technical issues and service requirements.
- Provide basic machine operating guidance and technical support to customers.
- Support the in-house team with machine testing, repairs and refurbishment.
- Assist in installation and commissioning projects.
- Maintain service tools,



equipment and spare parts properly.
- Travel to different locations in Kerala and other states when required.

Technical Skills Required

Candidates should have good practical knowledge of:

- Electrical troubleshooting
- Control panels and wiring
- Motors, contactors, relays and sensors
- Heating systems
- Pneumatic systems
- Mechanical components
- Bearings, belts, valves and pumps
- Basic PLC/control systems is an advantage
- Machine installation and commissioning
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Reading basic electrical/mechanical diagrams

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a person who is:

- Technically strong and practically oriented.
- Good at troubleshooting and finding the root cause of problems.




- Willing to work both in the workshop and at customer locations.
- Willing to travel for field service.
- Responsible, disciplined and customer-friendly.
- Able to work independently as well as with a team.
- Interested in learning new laundry and dry-cleaning technologies.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma / Engineering qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics or a related technical field is preferred.

Candidates with strong practical experience in industrial machinery service may also be considered.

Experience

2+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Experience in commercial laundry equipment, industrial machinery, hotel laundry equipment, dry-cleaning machinery, washing machines, boilers, heating systems or similar equipment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
