Job Description:

OP JINDAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE is currently hiring for Trainer and Master Trainer positions in the Fitter and Fabricator Department for our campuses in Angul, Odisha and Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. The selected candidates will play a crucial role in imparting essential skills and knowledge to students enrolled in our ITI and Skills Development programs. We are looking for individuals with teaching experience in ITI and skills development, coupled with industry exposure, to ensure our students receive comprehensive training aligned with industry standards.

· Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality training sessions on various aspects of fitting and fabrication, including reading blueprints, operating machinery, and assembling components.

· Develop and implement effective training modules and instructional materials to facilitate student learning and skill development.

· Provide hands-on guidance and supervision to students in the workshop/lab setting, focusing on practical application and mastery of fitting and fabrication techniques.

· Assess student performance and progress through practical assessments, written exams, and project assignments.

· Collaborate with colleagues to continuously enhance the training curriculum and program effectiveness.

· Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in the field of fitting and fabrication.





· Mentor and support students in career development, job readiness, and skilled growth within the industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Minimum ITI + CTI in Fitter Fabricator required and bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field will be preferred.

- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in ITI or skills development programs, with a focus on fitting and fabrication.
- Substantial industry experience in fitting and fabrication, with a strong understanding of industry standards and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively to students.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring, with a commitment to student success and skill development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to curriculum development and program improvement.
- Certification in teaching methodologies or relevant industry certifications is a plus.
