Job Overview

Silver Souk is looking for a sincere, well-mannered and responsible Pantry Boy / Office Support Staff to manage pantry services and assist in maintaining a clean, organized and welcoming environment for our customers and team.

Since Silver Souk deals with premium silver, gold and gifting products, the candidate should maintain high standards of cleanliness, personal hygiene and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water and other refreshments to customers, guests and staff.
- Attend to customers and guests politely and professionally.
- Keep the pantry area clean, hygienic and properly organized at all times.
- Regularly clean cups, glasses, trays and other pantry utensils.
- Ensure drinking water, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and other pantry supplies are adequately stocked.
- Inform the concerned person in advance whenever pantry supplies need to be replenished.
- Maintain cleanliness of the office, showroom and common areas as assigned.
- Ensure customer seating and meeting areas remain neat and presentable.
- Assist staff with basic office support work whenever required.




- Help in arranging refreshments during meetings, client visits and special occasions.
- Handle office items and company property carefully and responsibly.
- Perform small outdoor/office errands when required.

Candidate Requirements

The candidate should be:

- Honest, punctual and responsible
- Neat, clean and well-groomed
- Polite and respectful while dealing with customers
- Active and willing to work
- Able to maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness
- Disciplined and trustworthy
- Capable of following instructions properly
- Comfortable working in a premium showroom/office environment

Previous experience as a Pantry Boy, Office Boy, Housekeeping Staff or Hospitality Support Staff will be preferred.

At Silver Souk, customer experience is key at every level. The Pantry Boy should ensure that every guest entering our premises is attended to courteously and that the office and pantry always remain clean, organized and presentable.

We are looking for a dependable and long-term team member who takes responsibility for his work and maintains the standards expected at Silver Souk.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
