About the Role

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing raw material warehouse operations through 3PL partners for a leading consumer appliances manufacturing company. The role covers inventory, SAP transactions, manpower, material movement, warehouse performance, safety, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate material flow.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage overall warehouse operations and 3PL performance.
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials to production.
- Control inventory accuracy and ensure physical stock matches SAP.
- Review and control SAP transactions for all material movements.
- Plan manpower and ensure effective utilization.
- Monitor warehouse capacity, storage, and material flow.
- Review stock variances, shortages, excess, damaged, and blocked stock.
- Review daily MIS and warehouse performance against targets.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchase, Quality,



and Logistics for material requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of operational and inventory issues.
- Monitor warehouse safety, housekeeping, and MHE compliance.
- Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs and company processes.
- Lead stock audits and ensure closure of audit observations.
- Identify process gaps and drive corrective actions with the 3PL.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is preferred.
- 6+ years of warehouse experience, with experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience managing warehouse or manufacturing operations
- Experience in raw material warehousing, preferably in consumer appliances.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP for inventory and warehouse operations.
- Robust knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and warehouse processes.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS.
