About the Role

This internship combines event research, company sourcing, lead generation, partnerships, client coordination and business development. It is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who want practical business exposure.

Key Responsibilities

- Research technology expos, conferences, workshops, webinars and business events.

- Maintain event and exhibitor databases.

- Identify relevant participating companies.

- Prepare exhibitor and company contact lists.

- Research potential customers and business prospects.

- Identify organizations for potential collaborations.

- Find relevant business decision-makers through legitimate public sources.

- Maintain prospect and partnership databases.

- Make assigned introductory calls through approved systems.

- Explain relevant website listing, services or onboarding processes.





- Contact companies for missing or updated information.

- Follow up with customers on assigned activities.

- Coordinate customer questions with internal teams.

- Identify companies interested in media, listings, services or partnerships.

- Schedule meetings for senior team members.

- Maintain call, lead and follow-up records.

- Support company interactions during exhibitions and events.

- Prepare event and business-development reports.
