APR Cleaning Solutions is hiring a B2B Field Sales Executive for Noida & Delhi NCR.

This is a commission-based field sales opportunity with NO FIXED MONTHLY SALARY. The role is focused on acquiring new B2B customers and developing regular/repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily field visits to hotels, banquet halls, facility management companies, offices, hospitals, schools, restaurants, factories and other commercial businesses
- Meet Purchase Managers, Facility Managers, Admin Managers and Housekeeping Managers
- Generate leads independently through market visits and cold approach
- Introduce APR Cleaning Solutions commercial cleaning products
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable products
- Negotiate with customers and close orders
- Build long-term relationships and generate repeat monthly business
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers

Sales Focus:

- Bulk B2B orders
- Minimum order volume target of 500–1,000 litres
- Priority on regular/repeat B2B customers

Products include:

Floor Cleaner, Glass Cleaner, Handwash, Toilet Cleaner, Bathroom Cleaner,



White Phenyl, Black Phenyl, Dishwash Gel and other commercial cleaning products.

Requirements:

- B2B / Field Sales experience preferred
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant B2B / Field Sales experience required
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with daily field work and customer visits
- Ability to generate leads independently
- Cleaning chemicals, housekeeping supplies, facility management, FMCG or institutional sales experience will be an advantage
- Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred
- Target-oriented and self-motivated

Compensation:

- No Fixed Monthly Salary
- Performance-Based Commission
- Commission structure will be discussed during the interview
- Commission is payable after customer payment is received
