About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Lab Technician to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to expand their knowledge in modern dental technology, working hands-on with both traditional techniques and advanced digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn to fabricate, modify, and repair dental prosthetics.

Assist with digital dental design workflows utilizing platforms such as 3Shape, Exocad, and Medit Link.

Learn to operate and maintain advanced laboratory equipment, including our Roland DWX-53DC milling machine and Phrozen Mono 4K 3D printer.

Read and accurately follow clinical prescriptions, treatment plans, and digital scans.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.

What We Offer:

Market-competitive salary: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month.

Requirements:

Freshers are welcome and encouraged to apply! Prior experience is a bonus but not mandatory.

A strong willingness to learn new software and operate milling and 3D printing machinery.

Excellent manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
