We are looking for a friendly, confident, and well-presented Receptionist & Customer Relationship Executive to join our showroom team. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our steel door products, and assisting them throughout their showroom visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable steel door options.
- Explain product features, designs, prices, and available options.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and quotations.
- Maintain customer details and enquiry records.
- Ensure a skilled and welcoming showroom environment.
- Assist in converting customer enquiries into sales.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
