Job Title- Assembly Executive / Technician

Job Purpose- Diligently carryout the assembly operations of Blow mould machines with utmost efficiency. To meet the project target without fail with 100% RFT. Handle troubleshooting and works with vendor / Procurement team to ensure successful development and execution of the Project.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Diligently carryout the Electrical assembly of Blow mould machines with utmost efficiency.

Ø Basic understanding of Electrical and automation principles. Mechanical knowledge would be an added advantage.

Ø Ability to wire up equipment by reading electrical schematics or duplicating an identical system.

Ø Ability to assemble equipment by looking at drawings or duplicating an identical's.

Ø Experience with motors, electrical boxes, subassemblies and mechanical actuators.

Ø Evaluate assembly procedures and work with vendor development team to improve process steps.

Ø Assist in the development of assembly procedure documentation.





Ø Communicate with team members for smooth assembly operations.

Ø Ensure a clean and secure work area.

Ø Assist in vendor development as necessary.

Other duties as assigned..

Requisite Criteria

Ø ITI in Mechanical/ Electrical from recognized institution.

Total work experience : 4-5 years in machine assembly.

Skills

Ø Self-starter, self driven and enthusiastic

Ø Good hands on experience in machine assembly and trouble shooting.

Ø Should be a good team member.

Ø Familiarity with basic electrical bench tools –Multimeters, power supplies, as well as experience with automated assembly equipment.

Should have knowledge on PLC’s, Servo drives and other electrical utilities

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
