If you love talking to people, we have got the role for you! We are looking for outgoing, energetic & self-motivated people to fill our Inside Sales Agent positions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast moving sales workplace and is happy speaking to prospects through the majority of the day. Applicant will have opportunity to learn to do business in real-estate industry .

Responsibilities:

- Primary duties include following up on and nurturing qualified leads using easy to follow up script (NO cold calls).
- This position is database conversion / appointment setting / relationship building.
- Use CRM to Input/Manage client & lead databases.




- An active listener that offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record on telephone.
- Experience using a CRM database.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Coachable, strong work ethic, persistent.
- A team first, collaborative mentality.

- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Call center: 2 years (Required)
