Pie Matrix is looking for a Customer Support Intern to join our Gurugram team!
If you enjoy talking to customers, understanding their requirements, solving queries, and communicating confidently, this role is for you. You will be responsible for interacting with customers over calls, assisting them with their queries, providing relevant product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Understand customer requirements and assist them with relevant information.
- Respond to customer queries related to our products and services.
- Provide basic guidance and support to customers over calls.
- Follow up with customers regarding their queries, requests, or concerns.
- Coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely communication and provide a smooth customer experience.
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers when required.
WHO YOU ARE
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field.
- Comfortable communicating in Hindi and English.
- Confident, polite, and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient and empathetic while handling customer queries.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, organised, and eager to learn.
- Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
